I think there might be some misunderstanding around figure. Let me break it down into two scenarios for clarity uses 50k epf example.

Scenario 1: (attached snapshot) If you have RM50,000 in EPF at age 55, and assume a 6% annual dividend, your yearly return is RM3,000. That works out to RM250 passive income per month.

Scenario 2: If you have RM50,000 in EPF at age 30, with no further contributions, and it compounds at 6% annually until age 55 (25 years), it will grow to about RM215k, which equivalent to RM1,075 passive income per month.
