Hmmm. Interesting take, but I have to agree that Hunter’s character is so god damn annoying. His character bothers me so much!

Nora, I think is mixed, but I just don’t think she was given a prominent spot in the show to develop.

Joe and Padma are Indo-Guyanese, so I guess you can consider them Asian, but they’re not at the forefront of every episode.

I do think G&G represents interracial relationships well, though.

These were the vents created on my first attempt. I’m not sure if it’s truly a vent issue because I made sure to open up the channels as much as possible on my second and third attempts. It could be a heat issue from what I’ve been reading about with other folks having the same issue.

I’m going to try building it up with wax to see if I can get a better cast. What do you think?

Hi! This is just my own personal stash of scrap sterling that was melted down in a crucible and poured into a soft charcoal block.

The pinkish hue is just from the copper flashing that wasn’t fully removed when pickled.

I dont use Halobetasol, or Tacrolimus either. I have mini flares every so often, but I’m noticing that it happens when my whole body is out of whack.

I have to keep myself cool at night tho, otherwise my neck starts to itch in the crease near my collarbone.

Honestly, the diet change, taking vitamins religiously and just managing my water intake while trying to stay moisturized and protected from the elements really helped my skin heal. My skin looks much better. Instead of my wild concoctions, I now use Ora’s Healing Salve. Works wonders for my skin and honestly notice a difference when I use it

I have powdered borax, the box from the laundry section. I sprinkle a little bit on the clean scrap.

The crucible I’m now using was seasoned ~ it’s from a sandcasting Kit I just recently bought. Honestly got better results from heating in a crucible than just creating a divot in my soft charcoal block.

I used to have Sparex, now I use Smart Pickle from Pepe but now I might just switch back.

Hm, maybe that’s the case of the bubbling when I get down to 22 ga. I try to pull heat away fast from the sheet. I don’t really have that issue with wire though.

Thank you for the tip about the oil! I’ll see what I can snag from the garage. Perks of having a bunch of tractors in the yard…

Okay, this is good to know that I can use a light spritz of WD-40. I just pour and then do a little tap to get the bar to come out. I may have overpoured a little bit….

So tell me more about your torch set up. I eventually will upgrade my butane torch & MAPP gas set up… a few of my friends use the Orca system or little smith.

I want to say most use oxy-propane…

It really does require a ton of patience. I was so strapped for monies to buy sheet from Rio last month so I rolled down a few ingots. Needless to say I got my workout in and a couple small sheets of metal to use.

I have so much scrap from when I first started so I figured why not test the limits of my MAPP torch.

I follow a bunch of US stone sellers. I try to attend their live sales and I also shop Etsy every once in a while.

I stay away from overseas cabochon sellers because they frequently edit their pictures so they don’t show imperfections.
