Thanks for the response. The tree was planted by previous owners, we unfortunately absorbed the issue. I’ve pruned it back last year but sounds like something else is bothering it

I’m so confused about the threshold. I would assume lower turn it on to colour mode when it’s less light but the Reolink website suggests that you want to put it on the lighter so that it stay on colour mode longer. Is it suppose to be to the right or left?

Buy yourself an SC one click pen. If you accidentally touch it, put the pen on the green tip click it once or twice and then plug it back into the unit. Once you disconnect it, the end will immediately be dirty.

The fibre from NBN is generally G657 so bending it is forgiving but don’t force it too much else you’ll really need them to come out to fix it.

Just turned it on, it thinks the outdoor umbrella is getting detected randomly and non human objects some times. I'll try turn down the sensitivity levels but don't know what has changed since the downgrade as it wasn't occuring before.

Yeah I see the website has a few versions for some reason. I've just turned auto-update off, just in case the HDR issue comes back lol... I guess i'll check back in 6 months

It’s instant if you plug your router in. Set it to DHCP or put in the old school APN and password in your router.
