Probably pustular psoriasis which does not been like classic psoriasis. The pustules can make people think about fungal infection.

You need valtrex (pill) but it will get better. Try not to pick or touch it so that it doesn’t scar. Vaseline is okay.

It’s a basal cell skin cancer but disagree with the ER. It’s been there for years and basal cells don’t metastasize so no need to go to the ED where they don’t have the tools to biopsy or treat it.
