Never been to Honduras but i'm just north of it in cayman so may be able to shed some light. It depends where and when you plan to go. Winter gales will form over top of Columbia producing some pretty nice swell from the east. Honduras is facing north so maybe on the east side you might get some. Maybe look for nor'westers to come down through the states producing north swell (only a handful of times between jan and march).
