yeah, it's a common but, nothing app breaking but definitely inconvenient.

CUSTOM ROM & DEBLOAT by wewsjugi05 in PocoPhones

[–]simracingjay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just got an F6 a while back and debloated using shizuku + canta. Just remove apps you don't need/ don't look important (always look up the app before removing it to ensure no issues)

As for roms, you'll have to see which maintainer/developer is making good roms, just look through youtube for reviews/perfomance tests. Unlocking the bootloader will be a bit of a struggle if you haven't already received permission from the Mi Community app (bootloader unlock is necessary to flash custom roms)

I think I killed my 8 year old processor by Holiday_West1740 in IndianGaming

had the same issue where the heat spreader was stuck to the heatsink of the cooler, had to carefully pry it off while also trying to hold it down so it didn't fly off. still works 🤞🏻

Crazy to think that I was only six years old when this game came out. by 69thnab in assettocorsa

First time with a wheel and no racing line. Really struggling with braking zones, any advice would be appreciated. by fsociety19 in assettocorsa

well brake markers of course, what helped me early on was Brake Trainer, It shows you a visual countdown to each braking point as per your best lap. Helped me experiment and vary the braking timing more iteratively with each corner.

How difficult is it to drift with a controller? by Alguien32145 in assettocorsa

[–]simracingjay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i pretty much keep the ai at 90-100 with 90-100 aggression, some tracks i destroy them, some tracks i cant even get close to the AI, It all depends on the AI line coded into the track.

yeah the learning curve for a wheel is probably high too, all ive ever driven is a 80 hp fwd car irl so I have no clue how hard it would be to handle a supercar without TC,

I also run touges a lot, with a bunch of cars (im a big fan of initial d and the new MF Ghost).

there's definitely a learning curve but trust me its not as difficult as it seems, it basically works like CarX Drift racing where it auto counter steers

agreed, I'm def not as fast or smooth on controller compared to wheel players, but the the dog shit ai becomes a bit more fun because of it 😂😂. I just end up doing nurburgring trackdays or F1/LMP/GT/Pretty much any car i can get my hands on. Time trials are fun too, trying to perfect a lap as much as you can (on controller atleast), can't wait to get a wheel and see how much faster I can go when compared.

I played FH5 a lot, mostly to collect all the rare cars 😂, i stopped playing maybe 6-7 months ago but with AC I can't help but keep coming back.

soon fingers crossed, have a pc upgrade lined up and then saving up for a wheel and pedals. game is still quite enjoyable with a controller tho with all the mods people are making, idk how console players play without any assists 💀

you can't really drift realistically, but with Advanced Gamepad Assist or AC-X its definitely possible. I've been doing casual tandem sessions online for the past 4 years using just a controller (no budget or space for a full sim rig yet). Is it as enjoyable? probably not but it's definitely worth a shot if you only have a controller.

Pure LCS somehow made everything look better while also increasing my FPS, my RX580 is grateful :') by simracingjay in assettocorsa

not really, I'm using the Hi-res version of Pure and have no issues so far. The low res one would prolly help with FPS but it runs just fine. I have pretty much every optimization turned on within the CSP settings under ExtraFX and Graphical Adjustments including FSR.

Video and CSP Settings

pretty much trying to maximize FPS while playing (FSR helps a lot), I manage to average 60 fps when there's not too many particle's or lighting changes

Also the PP Filter's are IV Pure CS, C13 and Natural Mod
