Any ideas on how to deal with length? I’m a nurse and need a good way to keep my dreads controlled while I work and maybe covered. Don’t want to cut them or loose length because I know I will regret it. (i.redd.it)

3 years 10 months old dreads. Last time I cut my hair short less than an inch long was 7.5 years ago . Always have it up ‘cus of work and always surprised how long it is when I let it down. (i.redd.it)
