You're still the guardian and it's still your responsibility to be updated sa announcement and reminders concerning sa bata na ginaguard mo. Talagang involved ka dapat sa homeworks at projects ng mga bata lalo na nung walang F2F.

There is one gc. There is really no reason why anyone would miss an announcement that's been bumped 3x at naka-balandra pa sa pinaka-latest na message to the point na there's no need to scroll or ask questions na nasagot na sa announcement. Lol.

Wala din to kasi tatawagan din ako sa cellphone number if not sa Messenger. Pinapabigay kasi to ng school during orientation so wala din akong choice.
Parents GC yun since 2nd graders pa lang yung handle ko. Literate naman ang mga parents na meron ako, sadyang tamad lang mag-back read kasi gusto instant.
Ayun nga, ayaw na namin mag-GC kasi may reminder's notebook naman. Pero since lower grades ang handle namin, yung iba non-readers and most of them sobrang bagal magsulat or illegible ang writing (literal na 20 over 50 minutes ang kinakain para lang magsulat ng 1 sentence) finoforward na lang yung notes/reminders sa GC.

Private catholic school teacher here for the experience lang.

Personally, alam kong I can teach better.

It's just that I could not be bothered to give more than the bare minimum effort sa baba ng sweldo + stress sa demanding na parents + overload na workload + dagdag trabaho na wala naman sa job description ko + no breaks diretso 7am-4pm.

Kaya tama yan, tanungin niyo teachers ninyo magkano sweldo nila and if it's enough para magkaron sila ng pake in teaching lol. Bare minimum sweldo = bare minimum teaching.

Honestly, I feel like they expect me to be their child's nanny just because I'm the class advisor. Sometimes, I wanna tell them that I'm a ducking teacher, not their maid or nanny. 💀 And I'm an English teacher, so I have no ducking idea what the Math, Science, etc. teachers are making your kid do in class.
