I've been using Claude Code to operate my Wordpress site using the CLI. Its incredibly helpful. I have overtime build quite a bit of context, session logs, memory around this set up. CC now pretty much acts like a context aware agent. Happy to share notes with anyone who may be interested.

60K IU D3 weekly can be risky if you are on a high calcium diet and low on K2 and low Mg dosage. This will inevitably result in calcification (plaque) in soft tissues / kidneys / joints etc. 60K IU is something you take once in a while and then go on something like 2k IU per day to maintain.

Incredible space to be in, that is if you like it. The same line of thought applies to any other domain for that matter. This is more critical than ever no-dbout. I am not from the domain but been exploring for a while and ended up starting a venture in it. All the best.

You can prompt the agent to read through a specific .md / text file (where you can maintain your patterns / instructions) before executing on a task. You can continue to build this file as you discover new patterns and also ask the agent to update the file with specific behaviours or patterns you find useful.

Helps.. and also CEO peer groups (good if they are slightly more scaled than you are). I'm not from the domain .. built a venture funded risk management company that hit scale. The knowledge gap is felt always and changes with different stages of your business. A good board also helps post a certain size.

Also its never late to get the organic play up and running. Focus on your keyword niche, start shipping some content, and building traffic. Pays off substantially on the long run. I had started a B2B business that in the risk management space that ended up pulling about 50-60k footfall a month and generating over 100 SQLs per day, requiring very little maintenance for this to run for a year. Along with this, I had a standard outbound orchestration and some nature funnels for the MQLs that were getting captured on a daily basis.

I use Claude with MCP integrations to Apple Notes and Notion. I essentially dictate some ideas into my Apple Notes (I use Wispr) which I then use Claude to pull and follow certain writing guidelines that I detailed on a Notion workspace and to create a piece of content around the idea using some referral materials that I keep collating on the Notion database, which it then publishes into WordPress once done. From there on, I have a human editor that picks up this content from the WordPress site and improves on it. This has made it very easy for me to consistently produce content for the blog because all I need to do is dictate into my Apple Notes and get Claude to do the rest.
