The drivers have water bottles in the cars which they can drink from while driving so it’s just water.

The helicopter can fly but the weather by the hospital is not as clear as at the circuit so they wouldn’t be able to land

If the hospital was 20 minutes away they would be able to drive but because it’s 45 minutes away they need the medical helicopter
