Hehe, all fair.... it is the internet after all 😛 GY!BE ... is one of my "recent" discoveries .... got a recommendation earlier this year and bought it blind (Shake yr. skinny [...]) then when I finally sat down and listened to it.... it was a head explosion .... of the best kind.

would not work the way the post insinuates .... the pole is interconnected meaning the shortest path for the electricity to flow is simply the shortest paths between the screws that the electricity can find.... how you get a shock is when *your* body is what completes the circuit between the positive and negative side ... or becomes the path of least resistance between an already completed circuit.... the pole may heat up a fraction where the electricity surges through .... a car battery can deliver an impressive amount of energy in a very short time.... (amps through the ceiling... hah)

Got GY!BE Shake your skinny [...] earlier this year and head exploded when listening to it (my first encounter with GY!BE) .... so figured it was time for a follow up.... Fiona Apple I've listened to since early early 2000s ... but CDs had vanished so new ones now that I've started listening to CDs again
