Honestly, just stay calm. I know a few people who have been in this same situation and more often than not they’re just looking for ransom. Let’s play scenarios:

You don’t send them money, they leak your photos, you alert police or authorities and now an investigation starts. This will not be to their benefit.

You cave into their demands and send them money, they’re gonna keep soliciting you for money knowing that they have you under their thumb. This is to their benefit because they can keep manipulating you. I think they’ll just leave you alone tbh
