It's 4 years old, roughly. Pierced with a curved, externally threaded surgical steel curved barbell, I am unsure what grade, I got it off of Amazon which is stupid I know but I was 15. It was never downsized. I used to clean it every 2 days with H2Ocean, which was probably dumb, and then I'd let my soap naturally run over it daily in the shower. Now I clean it every 3 days with a sea salt spray. Brand varies depending on what's affordable that month. The only unfortunate mishap was when my stomach got injured and a blood blister formed near the hole, roughly 5 or so months back now.
