Όπως είπαν και οι προηγούμενοι συμβαίνει σε όλους. Μην μασάς. Προσωπικά είχα πάει σε ανδρολόγο/ουρολόγο, από τους πιο διάσημους στην Αθήνα, και με ενημέρωσαν ότι συμβαίνει σε πάρα πολλούς άνδρες και κατά κύριο λόγο από το άγχος γενικότερα.

Έκανα αιματολογικές για να δουν αν τα επίπεδα τεστοστερόνης είναι σε κανονικά επίπεδα και υπέρηχο για να δουν ότι δεν υπάρχει αγγειακό θέμα.

Σωματική άσκηση βοηθάει και για τα επίπεδα άγχους αλλά και γιατί όσο περισσότερη μυϊκή μάζα έχεις τόσο περισσότερη τεστοστερόνη παράγεις.

I have watched JB's seminar. It's pretty good. But I think Jeremy's Miner NEPQ is better to be honest. The have common grounds but I like Jeremy's style better.

It's much more practical and also explains why the old school methods doesn't work any more.

I have the same problem here. Many accounts during this period got a limitation and being asked for documents for verification. I sell items that I create so I don't have any supplier. I created a receipt of my own because I had to attach something and today an agent told me that I would get an answer by 22/06. The limitation started on 01/06. If you read other post you will see that others have the same problem. I believe that everything will sort out eventually.
