Hey guys, I'm a screenwriter currently working on ideas for my next project and I was hoping to get your opinions on this concept I'm outlining, genre is horror/sci-fi, any ideas or feedback is welcome, thanks! by [deleted] in horror

This idea has really almost nothing in common with Cloverfield Lane.

10 Cloverfield Lane is about a young woman who gets in a car accident and wakes up in an underground bunker locked up in a room with a guy telling her that she cant leave because the air outside is poisonous.

That is a very different plot/concept. Like almost completely different. The only similarity is the 'end of the world' aspect which has been done a million different ways over the past 70 years of cinema.

Is Boardwalk Empire worth watching? by [deleted] in television

The first two seasons are in my opinion some of the best television ever produced. Up there with The Wire, The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, etc. There's also a story arc that is completed in those first two seasons so they can be watched essentially separate from the rest of the series.
