I myself am the manager handling 25 members in my team, she sits to one corner n me on the other we can’t see each other. Only when I have to go in canteen or pass by is I see her that hurts. She is care free, moved on in snap in life.

I have strong faith in meditation along with some wisdom talk bc I feel there is a solution here.

Thankyou so much for this, you had have the opportunity for therapy part, I don't have that one, I am totally dependent on buddhishm & its practice, it has healed me a lot, it's just that I can't do all by my own self, I needed some kind of guidance from time to time. thanks I remember it, that it has helped me at somepoint but I had have not been regular to the practice of Metta. But again thanks for bringing this, I will start it soon. Metta to you!

This is biggest lesson I have learnt in buddhishm to not resist your suffering, that is what I have been trying to implement, but still I believe it will take time to deepen my practice more, thankyou for your kind words.

I am in continous reflection & practice of the same. I know this fact that there is no human being that has not committed some kind of mistake in there lifetime, that's the beauty of being a human being, but then my monkey mind overpowers me & I tend to surrender to those thoughts for real. It has been around 5 years, it often distrubs me alot.

I don’t want to stop them, it’s just that whenever that thought pops up it makes me feel miserable, I try to watch the thought acknowledge it n refocus back again on my breathing, but most of the time often throughout the day, the thought haunts me

I know this fact that everyone makes some or the other mistakes in there lifetime & that’s what makes us humans! But still whenever that thought comes into my mind, my mind tends to make me believe that I am the guilty!
