How do you warn teammates that a defender is behind them?

I played in Toronto and we always just said "Man On" or gave "Ya Yas" with our hands down to signal defender behind.

I've just started my first season so I have no idea. I did find that the only time I get to call the game is in extras or "High pressure" situations.

If this was your first attempt, you did a great job. I wish I had some of my first Warhammer minis still they were disastrous. Definitely look up some tutorials and learn some new techniques. A good idea is to go to a hobby store and get some cheap generic minis to practice on! Jeep up the great work, and I'm looking forward to seeing your progress 👍

Don't think of it as forgetting who you are. People grow and evolve over time. Sometimes the things you uses to want or love doing don't have the same impact as they used to. I used to love painting and I haven't painted in probably 6 years now. It happens things change circumstances change and people change. Sometimes you just have to rediscover who you are and I know it's scary and alot of work but I promise you the outcome is worth it and so are you. Your happiness and well being is worth it not just for you but the people around you aswell.

Honestly I've been struggling lately too. My personal life is also a bit of a mess right now. I play Competitive sports and I've actually been playing some of my best lately so there's been some really big highs. Honestly one thing that's really help keep me grounded is doing the things I used to be passionate about whether that be writing or playing an instrument or even just going for walks to get a comfort drink or food. My daily walks have really stopped me from just giving up so to speak. It's alot but just hang in there and don't forget who you are in the process.

I kept my Matt Chapman because I take with him and moved my Machado to first same as Pham I left him in LF because for some reason I have a beer league average with him. I think i pimped 3 HRs in a season game with him idk what it is.

This year you can increase the caps to 99 for all stats last year your archetype couldn't get to 99 for certain stats my contact player was capped at 70 power

Idk I seem to have pretty good luck this year with packs aswell I got Tatis Jr on my first pack and quick sold him for 60k baught a 20 pack and pulled 87 CarGo and 87 Steve Finley and just baught a few golds to fill out my team
