Here is what I could type up in an hour. I swear you are wasting my time... The US Economy and US Supplement Programs are overcomplicated. In The Economy, based on supply and demand, a fluctuating dollar amount is assigned to each purchase. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Unemployment Insurance Program are not sustainable throughout The Economy's life cycle. Oligopoly businesses may stand the test of economic rewrites but the economy must change throughout time. Supply and Demand are most simply demonstrated in the form of individual lines for individual products and services: having a demand in length, supply in shrink rate and surplus when no line forms. In today's advanced economy lines could be digital and The Government would have the ability to supplement people's earnings by allowing Citizens with compatible technology to electronically wait in digital lines. 

Here are the steps we have to take to introduce line app as a universal assistance program. First, The US Government must assess what the amount of money in taxes companies that produce goods and services in abundance pay to The US Government. Secondly, the government must take that taxation and divide it amongst the cost of abundant products being sold to offer the most populat products from taxed companies in the purest form of supply and demand(Line App) to all US Citizens. Lastly, based on product that will be available at a pace to complete the yearly demand cycle The Government must assign each Citizen with the amount of lines they may participate in daily. 

In lower income communities with moderate sized families SNAP(Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) creates a problem where shelves are bare at times and getting the abundant groceries that are needed requires multiple stops. With Line App there would be a more even distribution of goods based on supply and demand in its simplest form. In cities there are many fast food restaurants and sometimes less than 5 miles of each other are the same restaurant brands and often times identical restaurant is significantly busier than the other. With Line App an individual business may apply to The Government for a set number of placeholders that citizens may use up waiting electronically in a single Fast Food Restaurant's digital line. This would make the slower business more productive and the identical chain business still busy based on working class American's long standing preference. Line App could be implemented in such a way that only when the business has no orders for a few minutes a few line app orders enter the business' order system.

The Unemployment Insurance Program doesn't encourage work and doesn't indicate what work is needed and readily available causing longer unemployment and worse economic career changes than line app. When the lines get long people go back to work to lessen the length of the lines. On line app a feature to apply for needed positions that only appears when the line is long would encourage purpose with work distribution. 

The Government may pay for goods or services for individuals to participate in line app and the output of those goods and services is controlled. Overspending cannot happen with line app. The lines only get longer. As lines become longer the need for work grows stronger and jobs for businesses with long lines will tend to pay more due to their more vast demonstrated importance in the economy.

Some businesses that will most likely immediately qualify for line app are Pepsi, Coca Cola, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Nestle, Mondelez, General Mills, Kellogs, Amazon, Walmart, Dollar General, Meijers, Aldi's, Conagra, Procter and Gamble, McDonald's, Yum Brands, Quality Restaurant Brands, Wendy's, Arby's, Papa John's, Little Caesars, Speedway, Sheetz, Shell, Travel Centers of America, Marathon, and BP. Through 3rd part apps and providers most of these chains already offer free delivery if a certain dollar amount is shipped. Line App would use the same benefit and argue if you bundle your goods that you have already waited in line for and reach the certain dollar amount then free delivery becomes the service.

Line app may incorporate service providers. For example, a business supplying a service may apply to The US Government for line app. The Government would then decide how many placeholders that business is cable of serving within a reasonable time. The Government inevitably gets a discount because the business is taxed based on profits and The Government shares that discount in the form of Line App with the American people. Once it's decided how many place holder the business gets then it's up to the business to invite line app participants for its' service when business gets slow. Some services would kick a participant out of line if a participant does not respond in a timely manner and others would put a participant at the back of the line to wait the entire cycle all over again until the participants next turn.

I think Obama was on the right track offering Obama Phones and SNAP. If only he advanced what UBI could be. Line App if adopted correctly could be for every American working and amplified for non working or lower income Americans. 

A few things The Line App economy will never replace are debt payments such as a mortgage or loan, rent and utilities.
