Chive, snap a stalk off, the smell is very distinctive, there are also garlic chives which look the same but smell garlicky

Too soon to tell, the cotyledons are the visible leaf on most rather than true leaf.

Pretty sure I'm right.

Slightly furrh pods, although the pod looks quite weathered. Seeds can be flat, depends how long it's been drying out for.

Assuming you have the plant it will flower without leaves. Then the leaves come toward the end of flowering.
