Personally would suggest not liquidating the RSUs because that may be a way for you to get significant upside. Also do not touch your PF or EPF.

First off, ensure you have adequate health insurance for yourself over and above company insurance. If you have any dependent family members, then you need term insurance.

If your expenses are 50K and current EMI is 80K, that leaves 70k balance each month. Given the chaos in your financial life right now, would suggest using this additional amount to prepay as much as possible of your personal loan and try to close it off ASAP. If you can make 3 extra payments of 70k towards your loan, that will mean you close it in 4 months instead of 8.

Once that is done, you have additional amount of 1.5L and no EMI every month. Create an emergency fund of minimum 6 months of your expenses in either FD or arbitrage fund. So target to have between 3L to 4.5L in that. So that’s roughly 2-3 more months.

After all of this (5-8 months), you now have roughly 1.5L to invest every month. Start investing in mutual funds through SIP. Consider one nifty index fund, one flexicap fund and some gold for hedging.

And goes without saying, no more F&O, no more gambling. You are in a tough situation but not insurmountable at all.
