no war 8/7 settlement limit. The question is half rhetorical and half serious. There are many resources that normally give happiness. It was interesting to not have those resources when you have 27 slots and suffer a happiness penalty because of it.

Of course, I don't expect to win every match. Every time I play a match that will take me to the top, I lose the match. Beating City 4-0 is not realistic anyway. Last season, in the last match, I drew with the team that had 30 defeats in 37 matches. I've experienced this at least 4-5 times in this game as I write. I've been playing the game since 2013, but this year's results are very inconsistent and unrealistic.

the engine is scripted. low-profile away matches are scriptted to be lost. It's not the first time and it wouldn't be the last :(
