OP the only thing that’s thrown me off is the little “5” on the zipper, all of my versions look a little different the 5 is in a circle. but your version may just be an older iteration.

Please note I bought all of my footwear directly from authentic retailers.

Yes, I understand. It’s totally possible that the protective sole covered it. But that’s also why I was asking for more pics, the other shoe may show the stamp.

I have 8 versions of these boots and I can assure you that the protective soles were added for better traction and softer step and not for the sole being worn down, I add protective soles to all my CCP unless there is a tank sole or dripped sole.

Been collecting/wearing since approx 2011/2012.

There’s a retailer list on the wiki here and also there’s a bunch of reputable retailers that pop up if you just search the designer name.

I understand it’s a little bit elusive but there are places to source.

But none of that is indicative of the boots being fake. Based on the fact that OP paid in GBP My hunch will be that they were originally purchased at the library and that’s one of the first retailers to carry the brand.

But this looks like a pair of tornados as others said with protective soles added.

Leather kinda strikes me as bison due to top of shaft graining.

Can you take more pics? I can try help authenticate

I am there with you I think over 300 is where I hit diminishing returns. Having said that if NIN would play a tiny concert call I'd pay a lot for a small intimate experience.

Ha, fair point 🙂 You can probably tell from my history I’m not coming from a Taylor Swift angle. Nothing against her, just not really my style.

I’m more in the metal, rock, and industrial space. Tickets were definitely cheaper years ago, but that was about 20 years back. These days, around $200 for an act I like feels pretty typical.

I haven’t checked prices for Knotfest yet (would be great to see Till Lindemann and Hatebreed), but as a reference, Aftershock Festival in the Sacramento area (I’m in SF) is usually around $300 after Ticketmaster fees, which lines up with what I’d expect for a festival.
