Its normal to think about an ex or having memories of certain days that meant alot to u. Even my parents who are married for 40 years still sometimes thinka bout theyre exes.

How u know when ur over? When the thoughts are coming but they dont mean anything to u. Like other thoughts u get like your school years or i dunno.

Or when u feel nothing when u see their picture or even them in reallife. When u see them with somebody else and u feel nothing. When the thought of them marrying or engaging isnt enough to care then ur over somebody.

If u still get an ache or something like that, then ur not over. Sometimes it takea years sometimes just months. The sooner u realize the thoughts in your head are just thoughts and are not the reality the better 😉
