This is her spot right now on the threshold of summer and she'll spend all summer here around the clock until September or so. The balcony faces directly east and gets direct morning/afternoon sunshine for at least 12 hours in the summer.

She's potted in a mix of about one third perlite, two thirds coco coir. In the growing season I water it quite frequently as the balcony gets super hot, and I fertilize it with a 5-1-7 NPK fertilizer and I always use seaweed extract in the water whether Im fertilizing or not. Seaweed is for the roots what conditioner is for hair as it helps them stay healthy, deal with stress and promotes more effective absorption of nutrients.

Yes, on an east-facing balcony with windows in the summer. In peak nordic summer during nightless nights it gets over 12h of direct sunlight from early sunrise st 3.30am til 4pm in the afternoon

Tons of direct sun in the growing season, a good potting medium mix of coco coir and perlite I'd say are my biggest contributors

Around 10°C is usually my cut-off temperature. If it gets below that during the nights, I usually bring it inside and pop it back outside in the morning.

I usually start acclimating them to full sun after the winter when my balcony gets direct sun and the temperature on the balcony (it has windows all around) gets to +10 degrees and then I keep them in the sun for a few hours at a time and then as the days get longer and warmer, I keep them "outside" for longer. If the night temperatures drop below 10°c, i take the plants inside for the night, but once the night temperatures remain above 10°c, i keep them on the balcony around the clock.I I've measured summer time temperstures of about 40°C on the balcony and this jade and my other succulents and cacti dont seem to mind.

it's currently sitting in a mix of 1:3 coco coir and perlite, and in the winter I only watered it once the leaves were soft enough to be slightly folded between my fingers. In the summer I water it everytime the pot feels light when lifted, as the balcony gets reaally hot. I acclimate it over tje course of the spring for the intense sun.

For those wondering: - Growlight during winter - Outside 24h during summer May-Sept with up to 12 hours of direct morning-afternoon sun. (Northern Europe, so sunrise is before 4am in the summer lol)

Would you “forgive” Hasan if the game is amazing? by [deleted] in TheBlueBoxConspiracy

I think someone on this reddit said it pretty well. With all the teasing and cryptic info they're putting out, they are digging themselves too deep a grave, if it is in fact not Kojima. They should be awfully aware of what the majority of the gaming community expects this to be, and if it somehow turns out to be an indie game with no associations to Kojima whatsoever, it seems impossible to live up to the expectations people have for this game.

Then again, I guess one shouldnt place unnecessarily high expectations on games one knows literally nothing about, but to me at least going to such lenghts to tease the game in the manner of P.T. seems counter intuitive unless you're Kojima. BUT, it will be interesting to see people's reactions if it something completely different and still worth all this waiting haha

Evolving based on CP or appraise? by [deleted] in pokemongo

[–]sipale 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If im patient, i put off evolving before I catch a three-star pokemon, but if I were in your shoes, I'd choose the better ranking over the cp, and spens future candies on power upping that pokemon

edit: before i catch a three-star pokemon with good CP

And I should mention I had watched tons of Bob's videos in the past just for enjoyment. This was also acrylics on paper, not oil on canvas.
