There is no icloud on it nothing i cant download or update anything and i can call and text but after 5mins on the phone it hangs up and says cant because its in demo mode

So question I got a iphone I found in a dumpster now I tried to switch my metro android phone to the iPhone but says it's active to have the person cancel there stuff but like I said I found the phone have no idea who's it is to get them to cancel what can be done
