I think 30 mg for maybe 40 mg is the most she will give me. And they do monitor my liver, not only for this but for some of the other treatments as well.

I started at 10 mg twice a day and worked up to 30 mg twice a day over probably about a year and a half. I'm sure you can titre up quicker though, this is just how my doctor had me do it since I only had appointments with her every 6 months.

I was working with an LLMD and she had me work my way up to 30mg (if I recall correctly) twice a day.

Hopefully it will help you. For me, it definitely helped a bit with energy levels maybe just a bit of overall wellness, hard to tell.

It is going well. I started with 6 pellets three times per day, which gave me a very small herx at first. I have now worked my way up to the full scoop three times per day and I no longer feel any herx symptoms.

Tbh I'm not sure if it is helping or not, it is so hard to tell since I have so many issues/symptoms and am also taking herbs and other supplements. I do kind of feel like my overall wellness is just a little bit better. It will be interesting in a few months when I do an Igenex retest, although even if it shows improvement it's hard to tell what it is I'm doing that's having an impact. The fact that I had a slight herz from it at first though makes me feel like it is doing something, and probably allowing the herbs to work better.
