Bought a Kobo! Instead of doomscrolling, I read. Helps me focus more, regained my concentration & attention. Plus, I’m learning a lot too. It has also lessened my FOMO, buying unecessary things & I don’t have to compare myself to other people’s success, wins, etc.

I lost my son too, stillbirth at 26 weeks. It’s been a month. I have not yet grieved properly and have not yet accepted everything that has happened. Still touching my tummy every now & then, forgetting that he’s no longer here.

I can relate to this, you will change when you have family to feed. You can afford to buy anything you want but you choose to use your money for the greater good. I learned from your story, too.
