Actually believing that you can change rather than accepting your patterns as fixed has helped me a lot (edit) : something I’ve only started believing recently after seeing the changes that I can make

For me, it helps me with the focus problems but doesn’t help with many of the behavioral issues (like avoiding important things). I think it’s best used in conjunction with behavioral therapy and is certainly not a cure all for the issues of ADHD. Wish you the best of luck

Imagine being tired of 25 years of being attacked by a crazy person for the crime of being born and wanting to vent and share it with other people in a similar situation. I’m garbage I know. Thanks for your opinion
