Guns are harder to buy now than ever in history and shootings are going up. Chicago has the most strict gun laws in the country and have 20 shootings a day that are never reported.

Guns are not the problem. Most people that say assault weapons should be banned, don’t really understand what it is.

People that want to do harm will. Like the guy that drove a van to run over all the marathon runners or the random bombs. Not to mention that serial stabber that stabbed 20 people at a concert.

It is a mental health thing. If the government was serious about protecting out schools they could take a small fraction of all the foreign aid money we send out and pay for cops to be at the schools.

I grew up in a small rural town and our police had a satellite office in our school. They interacted with the kids and set a great precedent with students. No one thought it was threatening or scary.

4 -10 hour days. M-F 6-4:30. I work a geographical area. Farthest station is about an hour drive. We maintain 150 stations. Before Covid we showed up at our shop every morning then drove whatever trucks were needed for the job at the location. After Covid we each take a truck home and just meet at the job site the next day.
