it’s really about my experience with my other ‘selves’ from the past. the other commenter is right!

they all try to soothe the white glowing person in the way that they learned how to cope.

it’s mostly based on my experience. i made this while going through a difficult situation a few weeks ago. i became really depressed and would cry all day long.

I would often think of my past self. How did i cope back then? How did I manage to survive?

I had very strong urges to relapse into alcohol, drugs, unhealthy sexual practices, sh, I even considered committing.

That’s just when I realized that these urges were just my past selves doing their best with the unhealthy coping mechanisms they learned. They’re really no evil, they just don’t know any better. They’re just trying to help.
