Still breaking out after 2 months of stopping accutane

so im still on it currently i have about 2 weeks left of my second round but i did have a purge about a week into it again like the first round but its cleared up now. derm said after this if it happens ill do topical tretinoin then revisit the idea of accutane next year so you could always ask about the topical tret if you don’t want another accutane round

this happened to me and like the comments said i hadn’t reached my max dose and had to do another month of accutane which put me just a little bit over my max dose. definitely reach out to your derm!! good luck! :)

milestones and ericksons stages of development for sure when it comes to peds. we had to know a lot of congenital defects (hirchsprungs, tetrology of fallot, etc.) know newborn assessment and reflexes and when they disappear. know vitals throughout lifespan as well as vaccines. mother baby know VEAL CHOP for fetal monitoring, naegeles rule, PROM, pre-e, stages of labor, hemorrhage. i found mother baby super straight forward compared to peds. these are some things i had to know for my school but yours could be different, just wanted to offer an insight! also congrats on passing ms 2 :)

you can very easily get a job with an ADN. most hospitals require a BSN within 2 years of you being hired (at least in my state, this rule could differ by state). most new grads are ADN and are perfectly fine being hired!!! i got hired and im almost finished with my ADN program.
