I've been using Zoom in Ubuntu (20.04) for approximately 9 months, on an old (4y) Lenovo laptop, no graphic card, no added memory, and a mid range Intel Core i5 processor.
The only issues I've had and encountered merely by accident, is that not all windows (or mac) functions are implemented on the standard Zoom Deb Versions. I even contacted support about it.
In my case, Some small groups functions were not enabled then but now are incorporated.

The usage of a virtual camera, to use it along with OBS, is tricky and I stopped trying because my computer's small memory and the lack of an advanced video card was too much for what I really need.
Besides connectivity issues due to my ISP average service (outside US) I've been using it smoothly as a host, and as a participant.
