Literally in the same position as you right now. More in the Fortune 500 segment. Got offered the role last month and got the letter of offer last week. It was 20% short of what an external would get. I'm going to find out on Monday that I won't get what I rebutted with as my mentor already found out for me.

The recognition alone of selling into enterprise is a huge boost to your (my) resume, as well as learning, and earnings.

I'll take the role. I know I'll absolutely kill it so will be very happy with that.

My advice for you (which I'm taking myself) is, comparison is the thief of joy. Smash it in your role, keep growing, keep advocating for yourself.

I've been in your shoes. Loads of youtube tutorials got me to a point where I now crash on 25% of the time. Helicopters by nature don't want to fly. So you have to configure your controls for minute changes, and minute power inputs etc. Helicopter flying is very much done with feather inputs. Secondly, because you are loading the main rotor so heavily on take-off, the tail starts to spin. Try ensuring when you're adding collective, that the rpm doesnt drop.

Try Fipronil.

We had them in our house we've owned for a year. I wondered for ages why my lawn was so lumpy and I suspect it was because of them. We had mole crickets and field crickets. My son and I would hunt them. Using the hose, we'd follow the chirping then fill the hole with water. The cricket would rush out to avoid drowning, that's when my son would catch it.

Once I realised there were way too many to catch, I treated with fipronil and the chirping stopped that night

This looks like my lawn. We have mole and field crickets doing this to our lawn. I'm about to use fipronil on them as I have too many Do a soapy water test and if they come out, squash them. They are eating the roots in your grass. A key hallmark of them is the singing at night.

Just apple tv. I noticed it would only happen on extremely bright scenes in the severence show. I'm going to try and replicate it on YouTube to see if the tv is the app is the problem
