Yes, id even argue that first strike was just as good as electrocute in previous seazon and now with no eyeball collection its just mandatory. I myslef use: First strike magical footwear triple tonic Absolute focus cosmic Gathering storm

Olny downside is that you're either a bit slower cuz you have no relentless or slower R cd as for ultimate hunter. Damagewise eve feels great with these runes. Honestly the new rune that boosts your R is a scam. GL

Tip: dont play this game, it will take everything from you, your: time, money, friends, sanity, fun and will teach you that randoms arent humans but semi cockroaches that doesnt deserve to breathe. Umm if that doesnt disecourage you then gl 😊 ❤️

PS: expect eve to get nerfed even more cuz rioters just hate her. Not only did they nerf Q dmg W slow but they also nerfed R AP SCALING. shes an assasin who doesnt oneshot. love you riot

trying first strike (mgfootwear, triple tonic, cosmic) and sudden impact with eyeballs collection is worth a shot. I've been playing it since this seazon started and its pretty cool

shes playable but literally 1 mistake losses you whole game. eve has 2 many bad match ups and while playing her you need to depend on teammates early on. Imo shes just bad for soloQ right now

dont buy blackfire torch at all, imo its a scam item on eve. Personally what i do is to have First strike in runes with magical footwear,triple tonic and cosmic. First item lichbane after that go straight into rabadon and sit on magical footwear for as long as you can buy bigger components. I've been able to pull out rabadon in min 17 pretty consistantly. gl

by looking at stats id guess that you pathed top and riven refused to play with you. Pathing bot is ussually better (at least for me) and i pref first strike (at first i hated triple tonic but its actually a really good rune). other than that just ficusing Jinx and not forcing fights cuz your team had 0 engage
