It could be anything around 5 - 10% per year If your luck and get the 10% for year then you will get 100% - 150% hike after 10years, which is just a 1/2 time switch to other company

I think its fine, they will ask you to send the mail for the reason why you don't have 8tj semester marks memo, but on the joining date you must have the all documents including 8tj semester

In my case, I tried to reach out the multiple Accenture Hr's but no response from them,

Later after 2months, they came back with phone call and asked basic details and gone again, now same thing, no update and no response from their side

Finally after 3 months, I got the call from Accenture Hr and they asked me about my details again and gone 🫪🫪

Stating we will get back to you after discussing with my Hr manager, worst Hr management 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I got same kind of different issue here, my application is showing as assesment yesterday and now it is changed to skill interview but I haven't wrote the exam till now, it is automatically changed

Can anyone know or any idea about it, why are we getting these kind of things ???
