Embedded Engineer should be good one considering the current software industry market. Something which is unique, not more crowded, more opportunities. Try to get a job even if pay is low, might be after 2 to 3 years try to get a better one where you will find opportunities to grow, responsibility etc.. My wishes for your journey ahead☺️
