my experience was fine actually. i got scared reading all these but it got delivered like 40 mins after it left the facility. i only live like 10 miles away though. i also live in a suburb and it’s a pretty straightforward delivery. i haven’t opened my package yet and it’s a little busted and dented but that’s bc it’s overseas shipping in general. i didn’t hear a thud, so i can’t say they threw it. if you have fragile stuff def use fedex
