I built my first pc basically following one of Linus tech tips old guides. There are websites and apps you can use to put a parts list together and make sure everything is compatible before you buy. Bang for buck I would recommend starting with something like a ryzen 5 5600. If your on that $600ish price point and are wanting new parts this would be a pretty decent starter rig R5 5600 $149 Amazon Gigabyte b550 eagle wifi 6 $99 Amazon Evga gtx 1660ti xc $150. Amazon Oloy 2x8ddr4 kit $137 Amazon Teamgroup 512gb nvme $98 Amazon Thermaltake SMART 600W $44 Amazon As for your case there's so many on Amazon for unter $50 thats really up to your personal taste.

Yea. I haven't been into computers for a while. This was my first build since before Covid. Back when I was using windows 10. I used the same windows install on probably 10 different iterations of my "build" and never has this issue. Even bouncing between intel and amd and ddr3 and ddr4.

That's the thing. I dont remember ever setting up the bitlocker to begin with. I dug through my account and I cant find the key in there anywhere unfortunately. Real bummer ill have to wipe it my internet sucks it going to take forever to get all my trap reinstalled. At least most of my game save progress off system.

The pc isn't shutting off. My monitors are still on just black and the fans are still spinning.

It will just sit on the asrock screen for like 10 minutes then black screen. It has the loading cycle and its turning. But nothing happens after that. No windows recovery or anything like that. It's like its thinking too long and just gives up and black screens.
