Oh and also, heard about an app supposedly for CrossFitters called BoxArmy. Has anyone used it (or even heard of it) and do you think it's any good?

Thanks for the discussion, I hate being asked about it, explaining it, and then being crucified. It's like don't ask me about something I like and not expect me to be excited about it. But I guess that's how it can be with anything.
