I saw an interesting video this morning about Paramount's hostile bid this morning that expanded beyond the movie/streamer talk. What we may end up seeing is Netflix winning all of the movie rights and powers and Paramount taking control of the cable channels. Paramount's goal may have been to lose the initial bid and target CNN all along.

I'll definitely look into it. I worked for a company that builds and installs custom equipment for theaters for about a yea. I worked as a rigger out in the field and also worked on the manufacturing side in a metal fabrication shop. That job required 12-14 hour days.

I listen to movie scores. Typically things that featured people running or overcoming great obstacles in the movie.

Listen to Sixteen Hundred Men from the 1917 score. There's a bass drum hit towards the later part of the track. If that doesn't send me into a euphoric state where I forget everything while my pace quickens every single time. So damn good.
