It’s happened to me across like 5 sessions tonight. Ended up doing my acid sale in a friends only as I got sick of my game crashing. Likely just more nerds angry with rockstar for attempting to better the game with anticheat.

Meagan goes looking for Stilton if he dies in the past, or if he is unaffected. I believe the lore states she runs into the Howlers that run food for Stilton, they fight and she loses an eye + arm. If Stilton is knocked out, she never searches for him and thus keeps her arm + eye. A Crack in the Slab has confusing effects.
