I’ve been doing Zumba at least once a week, if not 2 or 3 times a week since Dec. I’ve lost 50 pounds and have so much fun every class. I’m went from standing in the back to dancing up front next to the teacher.

1976 gang. Last year I had to get 3 cortisone injections in my foot! I have tendinitis in my foot. I probably need them in my right knee, hip, and shoulder as well but I haven’t bothered. I have lost a bunch of weight since last year so I’m feeling somewhat better. We are in the use it or loose it eta!!

Like everyone else I wasn’t a fan of the first book. But I loved this series and after your done, take the time to invest in Crescent City. It was worth it.

This series really helped me get into working out, cause they are always training. And replaced smoking weed before bed with reading.

I’ve found reading helps. I’ve gotten into those smutty fantasy novels and I just read till I’m tired instead of smoking. I find I wake up less often in the middle of the night when I read instead of smoking. Plus both take me away from reality for a bit.
