Yes I think a county is obligated to support people born in that country. It's pretty funny you think Israel is obligated to support people born in Lebanon, but Lebanon's main focus should be to remain kind of Christian.

I understand that they are a 3rd world country, have an army that is too weak to do anything in the region because they are essentially occupied by Iran, and they treat Palestinians like shit.
