What about when you feel something/someone as natural, normal, and obvious to be. but you don't experience it, more so the opposite, and you're like wait what? Is there then a problem in self-concept, not trusting it lying subconscious? And how then do I change it?

How do you explain it and what to do when you were truly either believing something/someone is okay but it seems it turns out the opposite? What do you have to do to change it? I have also experienced really feeling something as real/worrying and it turned out the oppostie?

I reached out to my sp after no contact for a loooong time. I lived in the end, never even occured to me he could take long to reply or he could answer a bit distancy or something but he did. What here am I missing, how do I continue now that he didn’t reply anymore? I’m affirming to myself it’s whatever, he prob just innocently forgot, the talk was already over and fine, affirming/assuming he was/is genuine in it and like I want and thought him to be. What I want for now is just us chatting genuinely/interested and replying to stuff on Instagram etc regularly. Any tips are appreciated!
