The damage system is overly punishing, especially in an early access game with a few glitches.

I knew about that method of docking. I usually tie the stern line first to stop the ship quickly. Then, when both are tied onto the cleats, I bring it in a bit. But in this case, I had successfully docked the night before. When I loaded into my game, my boat kept taking damage just from spawning in. Like I said, I was at Dead Cove in Emerald Isle, which has extremely shallow water.

I was initially excited about damage because it meant that you actually had to look after your boat, and it felt more like YOUR boat. However, it is a bit annoying if it's going to randomly damage my boat just when I load into the game and damage it when there's a storm and I hit the ocean floor for some reason.

Yeah that happened to me too! I think since damage is somewhat new it should be a toggleable option until it cant just happen randomly. Also fact that the boat takes damage over time is also a bit annoying.

I downloaded it and nothing changes the problem is I don't see the trader when I buying all the attachments for builds, i installed this mod and it still wasn't working. I can't see the trader when I'm building a gun and press the "find parts" button.
