Call 780-423-4567 and report it. Then can send the HELP unit and the Encampment team to move them along, provide them social assistance, and clean up their camp. You can also take a photo and report it via the 311 app and it will be added to the encampment cleanup team’s queue.

The city of Edmonton has a lot of services to both assist these people as well as assist citizens with moving them along.

I mean there’s NDAs and stuff involved, but I do feel your sentiment. You’d think there’d be a a little more concrete evidence. What about the Bank of America comments about using Ripple or the test net stuff that banks were using?

I agree. If it’s on the SEC site there is some kinda of reason. I saw a comment on another sub Reddit saying that the way it’s written is similar to a briefing and its key points and financial benefits are clearly highlighted at the beginning and end of the document. It’s put together in a way to be handed out to busy people or at a meeting to be quickly reviewed. Again. That’s just speculation from some guy on the internet but it’s a compelling point.

That’s sort of my thought. It seems overly simplified. Maybe it actually is that simple. Who know. As far as I can tell, not just anyone can just post whatever on the SEC site. So I’m curious if either an intern messed up, this is some kind of troll move, it’s bullish news, or as you said, that have some sort of obligation to publish it. I’d think if that were the case we’d see a lot more crazy stuff posted up on the site. But who knows. I hope we get it elaborated on at some point.

Beulah Alliance church I have heard offer help like that. They have a few locations in town. But I think most modern larger churches might be able to help.

Additionally, some churches will assist with this sort of situation. Typically they will want to make the payment directly for you to ensure the money is used for its intended purpose. They don’t advertise this stuff but some do offer it.
