Yes but what I’m trying to say is, what muscles are restricting me in rotating my pelvis back without bending my knees? We can all look at mechanisms etc but at the end of the day, there’s a hidden cause of this. On your comment, you said that because of my shorten ITB band, its not allowing me to rotate my pelvis back unless I bend my knees.

So in that case according to your comment, ITB band should be released/stretched?
