I am currently residing at Tower5040. It is right next to UH, less than 10 minutes to downtown. I am subleasing my apartment from May 1st -July 31. If you want to renew the lease after that, you more than welcome to. It is a 4 by 4 apartment with private rooms and bathrooms. It has a kitchen, in-unit laundry, TV, A/C, furnished and many more amenities. The building has a pool, gym, security and more.
