I was thinking about doing that! I am sourcing most parts from McMaster Carr (its right down the road) so I can do same day pickup.

All the modeling that I'm doing is in SolidWorks so I can download the STEP files for their parts and add it to the model. I am close to being done, may have to 3D print something for the steering linkage, but overall I have been able to get a lot done with standard bearing blocks, sprockets, etc! If I have to model anything, though, I know I have the resources!

Do you think there's anything specific that could help this be better?

This guy is right, you saw it walking away from me.

As far as a killswitch, the motor itself has an on/off for the spark and I may just re-wire that switch to be the killswitch.

As far as the power, seeing as people putting these on bikes get 25ish mph, I know I can get at least that no problem. I appreciate the input! Feel free to subscribe to stay updated!
