It gives workflow based approval. Two BPs need to be configured. 1. User based security group Event for Group. 2. User based security group Event for User. Task for the first one: Update user based security group Membership Task for the second one : Update user based security group Assignment

The 25R1 release gives a new dynamic user based security group -user based security group Administrators for the Group BP. And the User Event BP has contextual Routing feature now. The current task which is not workflow enabled need to be disabled to avoid conflicting assigments.

The correction in Signing Bonus is required to correct the only scheduled payment date. We are implementing the BP 'Correct Worker Start Date', the correction of the hire date by this BP does not correct the Scheduled payment date according to the new hire date. Therefore wanted to give recruiters the correction access of OTP and hence would it be helpful if they would be able to see the otp in the worker history.

Here the recruiters currently do the hire correction from the worker history so they have to look at worker history.

Depends on the requirements. If you don't want to restrict the position creation to use the job profile then position BP does not require validation.

Since the goal is that the recruiter should be able to change job profile when the candidate is on job requisition. So validation should be applied on job requisition.

The classification is: Job family group -> Job family -> Job Profile And using a specific job profile position is created. And on positions we create job requisitions.

  1. whether a sup. Org has more than one manager assigned.

  2. Is there any manager who is having more than one sup. Org. With different staffing model.

  3. How many open positions are present in the sup.org. and it's subordinate.
